Lori Klinger received
her early dance training in Akron, Ohio
from her mother, Nan Klinger. As Artistic
Director, Ms. Klinger has developed and
implemented the innovative musical theater
program that Rosie’s Broadway Kids
brings to New York City public schools.
In its first year, the program reached over
1200 children.
Prior to her work with Rosie’s Broadway
Kids, Ms. Klinger was Artistic Associate with
National Dance Institute for fifteen years.
She danced professionally with the Eglevsky
Ballet and was a member of Actors’ Equity
and Screen Actors Guild. She has been on the
faculty of many New York City dance studios
and has been a guest teacher at schools around
the world.
In addition to her work with Rosie’s
Broadway Kids, she serves as Artistic
Consultant for two dance outreach programs,
Richmond Ballet’s Minds In Motion
and the Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet’s
Reach Out And Dance.
